I am a dreamer.
I am a thriver more than just a survivor.
I thrive to embody a lifestyle that is balanced, fearless and, most importantly, authentic.

My journey is my own. One on which I have gained and lost. I have loved myself and I am not ashamed to say I have hated myself. I am not ashamed to say that I have berated myself. I have stumbled. I have hit that dumb rock at the very bottom. I have looked deep into darkness, and I have made the choice to stop playing victim, and instead choose light. Each day is filled with more beauty and wonder than the day before. Is each day perfect? Far from it…but then again, perfection lies in what you can overlook. Today I live without blinders, knowing that I can only be me. That being me is enough. That it’s more than enough—it’s perfect.

I am more than a personal trainer, more than a wellness coach. I love what I do, I love working with people on their own path. I love helping them discover that the tools they need to live a life of fulfillment, they have had all along.

We are always given a choice: to watch from the sidelines or to play. What will your choice be? How will you play the game?
Everyone’s story is different; no one path is carved out clear. There are ebbs and flows just like any river that runs. We will all hit rocks, get wet, and maybe even struggle to stay afloat. Even in these times we are ok. You have everything you need to thrive.

Being healthy is a privilege, not a right. It’s a choice. Everyone deserves to be complete, of whole, sound mind and body. Anyone can achieve it. It’s a choice to take on a new day, knowing that not every day will be your best. Only you can make a choice to be your best for that day.

You move, and you honor your body. You acknowledge that there is beauty all around you, and that you are a part of it. You are perfect. You are enough. And seriously, how good does “enough” feel?
