Elizabeth Whitehead

Beauty in strength embodies Elizabeth to her core – she is a cancer survivor, mother, and successful studio owner. She started racing in triathlons all over the world when she was 15 years old and was a member of Team USA 3 times! Elizabeth was a cheerleader at Rice University (inspirational, much?!), and now she instructs Body, Mind, and Revolution classes at DEFINE, Sugar Land. If you want to hang with this cool chick, grab some Green Aid from Whole Foods (it’s her favorite!) and head over to her studio for an incredible sweat session! Read the profile >>

Kim Syma

Revolution Studio

Kim is the owner and head instructor at Revolution Studio in Sugar Land Town Center. She is also a native Houstonian and UT grad! If you ride with Kim, you'll likely be rocking out to her favorite sweat jam, Breakn' a Sweat (Zedd Remix) by Skrillex and The Doors. When she's not cycling, find her at a powerful flow yoga (Hot-lates, anyone?!). She is amazingly talented and such an inspirational addition to our team - we cannot wait for you to meet her! #ambassadorlife Read the profile >>

Michelle Shimer

Awakened Yoga

Michelle is a proud mother to her 3 year old daughter and has a baby boy on the way! She is a community leader through inspiring other moms to be the best version of themselves. A native Houstonian, Michelle is one of our yoga ambassadors from Town Center's Awakened Yoga Studio, Sugar Land, TX but is a fitness lover through and through. When she is not instructing yoga or pilates, she is outside running, hitting up the gym for weight training, or taking a local cycle class (we just bumped into her at a cycle studio on Monday!). One thing Michelle is very passionate about is breakfast! When you live an active lifestyle, you need to be set up with energy for your day. She loves oatmeal with fruit – and can’t live without her coffee (...and we totally agree!)! Read the profile >>

Mitzi Henderson

LifeTime Fitness

Nicknamed Lotus by her family as a child, Mitzi was destined to be a Yogini. After dabbling in a stressful career, she spent 90 minutes in a 105 degree bikram class – and her love affair with yoga began. A successful entrepreneur and owner of Namitzi Yoga (Namaste + Mitzi for all you non-yogis!), She sees the world as her studio – not allowing four walls to limit her reach to her community. Mitzi is a true goal-setter. We endearingly refer to her as our “mobile yogi” without a true studio because there isn’t anything that Mitzi has not been involved in! Lifetime Fitness Sugar Land, area schools, recovery centers, shelters, state supported living, corporate entities and area churches… she’s everywhere! When she isn’t instructing, she loves to pound the gravel in... Read the profile >>
