I love to run - my favourite time of day is just before the sun comes up; there is something about running as a new day starts and knowing that I have the whole day ahead of me. My passion is health and fitness but most people don't know that I have a Forensic Science degree and that I am hoping to work in the field once I have finished my PhD in Forensic Intelligence. How do you love to sweat? Well apart from teaching in a yoga studio set at 38 Degrees Celsius ;-) .... I love any movement that is healthy for your body, mind and spirit! I LOVE Martial Arts too - it can be relaxing and empowering at the same time...it definitely makes me sweat! What is one thing that most people don't know about you?
