CrossFit Syracuse

I have been involved with athletics my whole life. I was a tri-sport athlete in High School and D3 Baseball Player at Oswego State University. After graduating college in 2005, I joined the United States Army. Within 2 short years, the Army Infantry introduced me to a whole new level of fitness, placing me in some of the best shape I had ever been in my life. In 2007, I deployed to Iraq with the 10th Mountain Division. I was initially introduced CrossFit there, where a peer of mine was doing ”The Bear Complex” WOD. I tried it and it completely dominated me. During the deployment I was wounded in a raid, sustaining 5 gunshot wounds to my body. While at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the Doctors informed me my body had experienced so much trauma that I would ”never be able do the... Read the profile >>

The desire to progress from student to teacher was sparked in Boston when Tiffany joined Back Bay Yoga Studio in 2010. There she began regularly taking classes with Ame Wren and found a deeper connection to her practice than ever before. Tiffany completed her 200 hour teacher training with Kate Greer and Lynne Begier in 2011. She has been continuously inspired by all of the amazing teachers she’s been able to study with at Back Bay Yoga from all over the country and feels blessed to be able to share her experience with others through her teaching. Trish Gallen

Method 360

They achieved incredible results by using her methodology of tricking the body's metabolism, infusing weight training, cardio drills, and yogic principles into each workout. When she moved to Syracuse in late 2011, Trish further developed this concept and implemented Method 360 with gusto in her hometown! Again, clients loved their results!
