Kelly is a co-founder of CrossFit 813 and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Retiring from a professional athletic career with a desire to find something to fill the void of track and field, Stephen via the coaxing of a close yogini friend versed in the Jivamukti method, decided to take a yoga class. Having come from the athletic scene that was driven by competition, he went into class with the same approach and soon realized that this was not yoga. While visiting family in New York, Stephen made his way to Union Square, home of Jivamukti Yoga School, the “Mothership”, and after attending his first open class he was hooked.
