He was a member of the Venezuelan National Triathlon Team for 5 years and has developed intricate programs for triathletes, cyclists, long distance runners, basketball and tennis players. Through his thorough experience, Antonio has successfully developed a ”MIND & BODY” principle as an integrated system and applied it to his clients. I can help people feel good about who they are.” she says. Carmen Puyo began her career as a group fitness instructor 18 years ago. She has been a Group Fitness Manager for the past 13 years, overseeing Fitness clubs in Toronto. In 1998, Carmen was awarded "Instructor of the Year" and in 2003 she was awarded "Group Exercise Manager of the Year". Leanna Maclean

Leanna has been involved in the Canadian running community for over 15 years. As a participant in the sport, she has competed on the track, roads and cross country trials all around the world. Her dedication to the sport has allowed her to achieve many goals, including a bronze medal at the Canadian Olympic Trials in 2008 and an opportunity to compete for Canada at the 2009 Francophone Games in Beirut, Lebanon. To help with the growth of running in Canada, Leanna assists coaches at youth track and field practices and operates a run club for serious recreational runners. Additionally, she works as a biomedical researcher, developing assessment tools for surgeries designed to allow patients to stay active. Robyn is an extremely passionate yoga teacher in love with life and all of life's adventures. Her yoga journey began 5 years ago when she attended her first class and loved the challenges she faced during her practice. Since then she's attended two teacher trainings at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto and is now an RYT-500. Robyn is certified in and is currently teaching hatha, vinyasa, restorative, ashtanga, yin and pre and post natal classes all over the GTA.
