Having been a performer and teacher of many dance disciplines for fifteen years, Angela ventured into teaching Yoga. She has attained certifications in Moksha Yoga; studying under Ted Grand, Jessica Robertson, Frank Jude Boccio, Deena Robertson, Dina Tsouluhas and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga; studying under Diane Bruni, Ron Reid, Marla Meenaskshi Joy, Dave Bruni. Angela has also studied Yin, Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Restorative, Meditation, Pranayama and Anatomy. In the attempt to deepen an understanding of the self, achieve wellbeing and balance, she became immediately drawn to the benefits of a regular yoga practice in 2003. Leanna Maclean

Leanna has been involved in the Canadian running community for over 15 years. As a participant in the sport, she has competed on the track, roads and cross country trials all around the world. Her dedication to the sport has allowed her to achieve many goals, including a bronze medal at the Canadian Olympic Trials in 2008 and an opportunity to compete for Canada at the 2009 Francophone Games in Beirut, Lebanon. To help with the growth of running in Canada, Leanna assists coaches at youth track and field practices and operates a run club for serious recreational runners. Additionally, she works as a biomedical researcher, developing assessment tools for surgeries designed to allow patients to stay active. Tania Jones

As a teacher of, hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, Tania brings her own flavour and personality into her classes. She is passionate about maintaining life balance and it is therefore reflected in her practice. During her late teens she discovered the physical benefits of yoga and quickly became hooked. She soon began a consistent practice and the benefits of her dedication increased physically, mentally and emotionally.
