Karen's career in Sports Marketing pushed her further into the world of health and fitness and now enjoys her new passion as a certified Personal Trainer and Circuit 60 Instructor at Track Fitness in Toronto.
Karen's desire to continue learning and help others achieve their fitness goals, has led her to become a certified personal trainer. Whether in a group environment or one-on-one, Karen genuinely enjoys motivating and supporting people as they push past their comfort zone and realize their maximum fitness potential.

Karen loves variety in her workouts and enjoys training a combination of high intensity cardio, core and sculpting classes and her new favorite, TRACKBarre.
