Her active lifestyle led her into the world of fitness instruction. She teaches spin classes, treadmill circuit classes and has done personal training. Carmelinda Di Manno

Moksha Yoga

Carmelinda comes from a background of culinary and event management education. After a long career in event production, with a long time desire to take her passion for yoga to a new level, she left her full time career to pursue teaching yoga. Carmelinda's first yoga training was the 'Moksha Yoga Intensive Teacher Training', a 1 month course in Montreal with a 1 year correspondence component. Following the Moksha level 1 training, Carmelinda also completed a vinyasa yoga training, with Moksha Yoga, 'Moksha Flow'. Carmelinda continually participates in educational workshops and has also been trained to teach 'Ballet Barre Fitness'. Carmelinda is presently studying with Seane Corne as well. Jackie Odette

Jackie O was born and raised in Toronto, ON. As a dedicated yogi she was in search of s something to balance her practice that was both physically challenging and light hearted. In 2006 she discovered Pilates and was hooked. Over time she has developed her own strong practice that is now complimented by her yoga practice. Her love for movement, mindfulness and health has ultimately led her on a path of teaching others. Her classes are challenging yet widely accessible and fun. They are a dynamic workout that challenges clients to isolate smaller muscle groups to build strength and tone the entire body. Lindsay Scott

A physiotherapist by day, and a runner, cyclist and (sort of) triathlete at every opportunity that she gets, Lindsay Scott is passionate about sharing her love for all things active with those around her. Ask this girl about her current running goals, and she lights up. One step better and ask her how you can up your own running game, and she’ll be straight up beaming at you. Between the 2014 Boston Marathon, an upcoming 70.3 distance triathlon, competing wearing the maple leaf at the Triathlon World Championships and dreams of completing her first full Ironman triathlon by 2016, Lindsay has got big goals to crush and plans to do so with a cheek aching smile on her face the entire time. Scott Macbean

After finding his way to yoga for the physical benefits, Scott was quickly drawn into the deeper layers of the practice. He dedicated himself to daily practice and began to discover the many tools that yoga has to offer. Scott integrates elements from the ancient tradition with a modern, dynamic teaching style that focuses on the needs of the student moment by moment. He offers a space in which to combine his love of movement with his passion for alignment and breath, and to share how using these principles can help us to stay present and grounded on and off the mat. Scott’s greatest strength as a teacher comes from his dedication to and exploration of his own personal practice. Tasha Rooke

Tasha was at the age of nine started her healing journey getting her Reiki Level one. This was the beginning of her career and dream to be a healer. At the age of 14 Yoga became an interest to her from dance class. it was then a hobby which has transformed her life taking her teacher training at the age of 20. She has countless hours of training in Yoga and Meditation from Toronto, Montreal, and India. She has put her heart into what she does and has trained extensively, dedicating her life to her greatest passion. She has been teaching for over half a decade and continues to learn and grow.
