Jackie O was born and raised in Toronto, ON. As a dedicated yogi she was in search of s something to balance her practice that was both physically challenging and light hearted. In 2006 she discovered Pilates and was hooked. Over time she has developed her own strong practice that is now complimented by her yoga practice.
Her love for movement, mindfulness and health has ultimately led her on a path of teaching others. Her classes are challenging yet widely accessible and fun. They are a dynamic workout that challenges clients to isolate smaller muscle groups to build strength and tone the entire body. You will see changes in core strength, co-ordination, muscle memory and tone. Expect a rocking playlist and a litle bit of humor with some hard work!
