Chantal loves nature, swing sets, acting like she's six years old, teaching and practicing yoga, setting her alarm ten minutes early just so that she can hit snooze, recognizing development and growth, and feeling like part of a community.
Chantal received her Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto in 2005 and have been practicing psychotherapy since that time.
After suffering with an illness for many years, Chantal turned to yoga to help her both physically and emotionally. She quickly realized her passion for yoga and her desire to teach others. In 2010, she embarked on the Ahimsa Yogayama Teacher Training at Ahimsa Yoga with J-P Tamblyn-Sabo, and have never looked back.
Currently, Chantal has a private psychotherapy practice, and teach yoga at some amazing studios in the city of Toronto. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of a not-for-profit organization, Yoga Unite.
