Chris started in the Health and Fitness industry 15 years ago working part-time in a community center helping youth work towards their goals. His passion for health and fitness inspired him to complete a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
After graduation, in 2000 he started work as a Personal Trainer in Toronto. For 10 years he helped people reach optimum health while constantly improving his own knowledge base through countless workshops and seminars.
In 2002 Chris expanded his repertoire by beginning to lead group exercise classes. Chirs has accumulated certifications and experience teaching everything from Spinning to Pilates. During his free time he volunteered as a hockey coach for youth and trained with the Canadian Armed Forces.
In 2007 it was time for a change of scenery and Chris joined the staff on board the luxury mega yacht, The World. For 4 years he worked as the Senior Fitness Instructor.
In May of 2011, Chris returned to Toronto. Currently he leads Pilates, Yoga and Indoor Cycling classes at The University of Toronto, The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Center, Women's Fitness Canada and The Yorkville Club. He works with local corporations such as Astral Media and LinkedIn Canada, to improve the health and well being of their workforce. Lastly, he works 1 on 1 privately with a devout clientel guiding them to optimum health.
