Niki fell in love with yoga approximately 10 years ago. She has studied the practice consistently since then, and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2007. She is trained in the Ashtanga method of practice, and teaches slow burn and hot vinyasa classes, both based on that system. Niki has merged her physical and teaching practice to develop a style that balances great intensity with ease. By linking posture and breath (and some amazing music), Niki’s classes seek to inspire each student to guide themselves, ultimately discovering their own “inner teacher”.
