I am a 43 year old woman, wife, mother of triplets and runner for over 25 years. Running is one of my
greatest passion; when I run I center myself spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I start my
my days (4:30AM) with my run, a positive out look and a balance in my body, mind and spirit. I am
happy and ready to face the day and take on all of life challenges. It is the fact that lululemon Athletica
embodies all of theses qualities and values that drew me to the company. I ?ell in love?with
lululemon: the company, its' product, its' culture, its' manifesto and most importantly, the people who
make lululemon what it is! And what a fantastic team it is!
During my free time I... run! I run with my husband and girls, my friends, in my communities ( Canada
and the Untied States) for pleasure, racing marathons... the list is never ending! With my running
I hope to promote the joy, health benefits, stress relief and all the life balancing qualities that are
experienced when we embrace healthy physical activities in our lives.
When I am not running... I love spending time with my husband and girls. I love to bake, cook, read
and laugh with my family and friends. My favorite color is green ( I wear it 95% of the time!)! My
favorite treat is milk chocolate ( I have some every day!)! My favorite clothes (running, yoga,
casual) are... lululemon! I wear them every day! One of my goals is to run a marathon with my triplet
daughters- all in lululemon, of course!
