Christine Hoagland, eRYT 500, is a graduate and Senior Teacher of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute and has been teaching for over 14 years. Since 2004 Christine has been assisting TH&TS Institute's founder and director, Beryl Bender Birch, in workshops and teacher trainings all over the world. After suffering several injuries from years of bending, twirling, jumping, flipping and falling through gymnastics, dancing, horseback riding and a few car accidents, yoga found Christine in 1998 and began to heal her body and mind. Clint is the Owner/Director of Tulsa Fitness Systems. Clint has a Bachelors degree in Health & Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. He holds certifications through National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). Justin Orrick

Justin was born in Amarillo, TX, and then moved to Oklahoma in the seventh grade. After moving to Tulsa, Justin found a passion for music and the drum-line at Union High school where he was a member of the line for four years. His love for sports and exercise started at an early age where he played ice hockey for three years. After a year of college, he decided that he needed something more challenging. In 1998, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Justin's love of camaraderie and leadership made the Marine Corps a perfect fit. After bootcamp, he married the love of his life, Laura. Keri Edwardes

Like so many others, I began my yoga practice at home, with a TV show. I moved on to classes at the YMCA, and knew quickly that I needed to teach. I felt it in my soul. I received my 200 hour certification and began teaching at the YMCA, Gold's Gym, Inner Peace Yoga and now Salt Yoga. My philosophy is simple. We practice yoga to feel good physically, mentally, and spiritually. I teach power yoga because that is what comes most authentically to me. I believe our body is the most important instrument we will ever have and it should be treated with love and respect every single day. People come to yoga for a reason, and ever reason is a good one. Inner Peace Yoga founder and owner Meghan Donnelly, E-RYT, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) and has also completed a 100 hour Anusara immersion in 2012. The majority of Meghan’s formal Yoga training has been from Yoga Center Madrid, Spain, National and International Workshops and the Living Yoga Teacher Certification Program, Austin, Texas. Narayani Swenning

Narayani completed her 300 hour Jivamukti teacher training at the Omega Institue in 2010. She has completed the 800 hour advanced Jivamukti certificate in NYC as an apprentice with Mentor Jessica Stickler whose devotion to the Jivamukti tenants and dedication to ahimsa is as reliable as the metronome. Narayani has been certifited by the Sundara Trauma Sensitive training and the Street Yoga program. She continutes to work with teens and other as risk populations doing hip-hop asana, chanting and Pranayama.
