What is your favorite class? I don't have one favourite class in this city, there are just so many incredible teachers devoted to this path who continually inspire me and challenge me to listen to my heart. Teachers who speak in a language that I relate to are: Clara Roberts-Oss, Tracy Groshak, Chris Richardson and Christine Price Clark. They are at Semperviva, YYoga and Babylon. I absolutely love being at One Yoga for the People with my good friends, enclosed by warm brick walls and playing around upside down. By far, I enjoy the quiet of my home and rolling around on the floor in long stretches with a cup of tea within reach. What is your favourite piece of lulu to wear? Flow Y bra / Power Y bra. Long Wonder Unders (those got me through the winter, I adore all the bright... Read the profile >>

Her first marathon was Victoria and she instantly became hooked on the consistency of training and the fun of the big events. After running a few marathons, including Boston, Catherine and her husband decided it was time to start a family and had 2 girls over 2 and a half years. Having children made Catherine appreciate the time she could get to run and her passion for running continued. She... Read the profile >>

For Kristin, there is nothing better than a great run. Nothing feels better than to her than training hard for hours each and every day. Running is always her first priority but she also enjoys swimming, yoga, and hiking. While she hasn't been a serious competitive runner for very long, physical activity became a prominent focus of her life several years ago. Running was a hobby Kristin got into as a very young teenager. Throughout high school with the encouragement and persistence from her father, she regularly went out for 10 km jogs. She used to call them "runs" but recently in the past 2 years of racing she has discovered the difference between a 50 minute 10 km "jog" and a 38 minute 10km "run". Kristin was introduced to the world of running races in 2009, with a half marathon race... Read the profile >>
