Ever since Laura was a young girl dancing has been second nature to her, where there is music Laura will be dancing! She received training in several forms of dance, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and Latin ballroom. A few years ago she attended a dance fitness class and completely fell in love with this form of exercise! It was a combination of her two passions, fitness and dancing. As an instructor, Laura has been able to bring many people together to form new friendships and create a warm environment where individuality is enforced. She incorporates many forms of dance in order to experience diverse cultures. What is amazing about dance fitness is that it is easy to follow and best suited for anyone who is willing to have an amazing experience!! It doesn't matter what mood you are in, you are destined to have a smile on your face the entire time! Being surrounded by wonderful people in a friendly environment motivates everyone to work hard and have fun! Laura puts in all of her effort in choreographing her classes in order to make every time a memorable experience. For Laura, being a dance fitness instructor is truly a pleasure and she looks forward to meeting new friends and creating lasting memories.
