"When I found Yoga I found the key to a treasure box. I have traveled an immense journey following the path of Yoga for several years. I was first introduced to Yoga when working in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island at the Confederation Centre for the Arts performing as a dancer, singer, actor in various shows at the Theatre Festival. There, a friend planted the seeds by introducing me to various Yoga postures during pre-show warm up. They felt good, I practiced everyday. This was the beginning."
