My transition into the fitness world was a natural one. After growing up in a family with very active parents and siblings, I know nothing else but to live a healthy, active lifestyle. I have a drive and determination to help others learn and evolve their fitness levels. My goal is to get people moving. I will help them reach their personal goals and make good nutritional choices as well as lifestyle changes so they will live long, healthy and happy lives. I have been a resident of Virginia Beach for 23 years.
