Eric grew up in Sacramento and has been living in the East Bay for the past 10 years. You will find him at our Tuesday Night Run Club, running the trails, and/or riding his bike on the road. This year he took on the role as Race Director for the 2013 Walnut Festival Run 5K/10K, which raises money for the schools of Walnut Creek.It was in 2007 that Eric found his love for the sport of triathlons. Since then, he has competed in numerous racing events, including 3 full Ironman Distances: Coeur d’Alene, Penticton, and Arizona. “Being apart of a healthy/active community is a key to Happiness. In 2004, Malia Hill was dragged to a yoga class by a friend in Hawaii. She felt overworked, overweight, overstressed, and very disconnected from her body. Through yoga, she made changes to her life that she had always been afraid to make. She learned to deal with stress and challenge in healthier ways. Malia became a yoga instructor to help spread the benefits of yoga and living in the present moment to as many people as possible. She completed her Teacher Training program at The Yoga Company in San Ramon in 2009 and her OnBoard Sup certification in 2010.
