Ali Letsch

Ali is a native of Walnut Creek and yoga is her passion in life! She has been teaching yoga for five years and is certified through Yogaworks (500-hour) and AFPA. Along with being a personal trainer, Ali teaches yoga and sculpting classes at Renaissance Club Sport, The Studio, Yogaworks, Crossfit Burn, and AAA. She has a Master's in Sport Psychology from JFKU and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Davis, with which she is a consultant. Ali hopes to one day lead yoga retreats around the world. Aron Eichorn

Aron started running in 2008 after she became bored with her workout routine and was looking for a new challenge. She had never run more than 3 miles before, but decided to train for a marathon! As the distances got longer, she fell more in love with running and after crossing the finish line to her first marathon in August 2008, she was hooked. Since then she has finished 11 marathons, including qualifying for and completing the Boston Marathon. She is the author of runner's rambles blog, where she has chronicled every mile since she started running back in 2008, along with everything else running. Diana La Brecque, owner and operator of The Dailey Method Lafayette, is one of The Dailey Method’s leading teachers. She has been teaching Dailey Method classes for five years and is happy to be able to bring this amazing fitness class to the area where she grew up. Diana lead fitness classes in the 1980’s and 1990’s and always hoped to return to the health and fitness industry. “The Dailey Method has changed my life in so many ways. Kristin Tarr

Kristin has played sports her whole life and has loved the thrill of taking on challenges and conquering new athletic achievements. Long distance running became a passion for her in 2009 when she took the challenge of training for and running the San Francisco Marathon. Since then she has run many relays, half marathons, marathons and various other races. Besides running, Kristin loves to snowboard in Tahoe in the winters and wakeboard on the Delta in the summers. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, an RRCA certified run coach, a pacer for the San Francisco Marathon training program, and a co-captain of the weekly team lemon run club in Walnut Creek. In 2004 Malia Hill was dragged to a yoga class by a friend in Hawaii. The class was taught by an amazing teacher who changed Malia's life forever. Through yoga, Malia made changes to her life that she had always been afraid to make. She learned to deal with stress and challenge in healthier ways. Malia became a yoga instructor to help spread the benefits of yoga and living in the present moment to as many people as possible. Mike Brabant

Mike has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2008. He has his MA in Clinical Psychology, and currently working on his doctoral in clinical psychology, as well as completing a graduate certificate in Integral Theory. When he moved up to the Bay Area for graduate school he was called to practice yoga, immersed himself in practice, began teaching soon thereafter, and has been following his heart ever since.
