Originally from Colorado, Errick has been working in the New York City fitness industry for over 8 years. Since moving to DC in 2009, he’s been warmly received by the residents of the Adams Morgan/Dupont Circle area of North West DC. His passion for fitness goes back to his high school and college career as a state-qualifying wrestler. He also played football and ran track in Colorado, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University. This is his story: Back in 2001, I found myself unemployed and overweight. Melissa began her study of yoga in 1993. Since that time she has practiced several alignment based styles before training in the vinyasa flow tradition. Melissa’s teaching style is fluid and creative. She blends vigorous flow, high-energy music, and thoughtful assists, with a reverence for classical teachings and attention to alignment. She emphasizes breath, mindfulness, and sheer delight in the experience of movement. Her classes are often begun and concluded in silence to encourage reflection and meditation. Michael Hall

Michael holds a 200-hour Sivanada yoga certification from the Vedanta Forest Academy. One fortuitous day while canvassing for a nuclear nonproliferation nonprofit, Michael came across a yoga teacher kind enough to donate to the cause and invite him to grace one of her classes. A single 75 minute class was enough to whet his curiosity for a lifetime. He now works to spark the fire of students as his once was lit. After studying at a Sivananda ashram in the Bahamas, Michael apprenticed under Iyengar teacher Kristen Krash. Michelle Harburg

Michelle completed her second Ironman on May 1, 2010 in St. George Utah where she qualified for Kona‘s World Champion Ironman Race. She is most proud of the fact that she had the fastest amateur bike split of the race and was the 12th woman overall, including Professionals. Michelle is an elite triathlete who coaches all 3 disciplines and has lots of tips on effective training for triathlon. Her 2011 race schedule includes the New Orleans Half, The Washington DC Triathlon, The Nation's Triathlon, The Army Ten Mile, and ITU Long Course Triathlon World Championships.
