Cara is a passionate teacher with over 25 years of sports, fitness and yoga experience. She founded Verge Yoga in Wayne and Phoenixville in order to share her dedication to the disciplines of yoga and meditation, her enthusiasm for fitness and sport and her personal pursuit to live in the present moment. Cara proudly represented lululemon Towne Centre Wayne at the Ambassador Summit in Whistler, BC in 2011. As the Director of Verge Athlete, Cara trains athletes and teams from club to professional. She trains the 2009 NCAA FSC National Champion Villanova Football team and the 2009 NCAA Final Four Villanova Basketball team. Born and raised just outside of the fighting city of Philadelphia, Cliff works within a dynamic balance of his three passions; fitness, community, and family. Driven through his athletic endeavors Cliff has learned the value of harnessing his energies and channeling them constructively through community activism, and being a good husband and father. Cliff has a diverse athletic background from bmx bike racing, to basketball, to skiing, but currently much of Cliff's training-focus has shifted to martial arts and Ironman triathlon. Erin Cleary Cook founded the first Bikram-certified yoga studio in suburban Philadelphia in 2004, Bikram Yoga Main Line. As Director of Bikram Yoga Main Line, Erin teaches, educates and supports all types of students with all levels of fitness throughout their immersion into Bikram Yoga. Erin is a Harvard Graduate and was a Division 1 athlete at Harvard, playing lacrosse for four years of her college career. In September 2003, Erin enrolled in Bikram’s Intensive Teacher Training program and became a certified Bikram instructor after completing 9 weeks of yoga bootcamp in LA. On Sue Anne Clark’s 30th birthday, she made it a goal in her life to complete her first triathlon in her 30s. At age 31, she raced her first sprint triathlon in July 2003. Sue Anne ran on the track team in elementary school, but did not return to competitive running again until she trained for a triathlon. Sue Anne has competed in over 75 triathlons including Ironman, XTERRA, 70.3 IM, Olympic Distances, and Sprints from Philadelphia to Saipan! Sue Anne also shares her passion for running by volunteering as a cross-country and track coach for children ages 6 to 14.
