“Many years ago I came to yoga to heal a back injury and I quickly discovered its healing aspects for my body, my mind and my spirit. I am stronger and calmer because of the peace and stillness I find on my mat. I am honored to share yoga.”
Kristin is a passionate yoga and meditation teacher. She is registered with Yoga Alliance having graduated from the Verge Yoga Teacher Training program. She was named 2012 Best Yoga Instructor by Main Line Today magazine. Kristin has a degree in psychology and a graduate degree in Interior Design. She worked for many years in the Design Industry and now focuses on her passion for yoga, meditation and the transformative aspects of these practices. Kristin encourages awareness and presence while honoring your body and tuning into your intuition.
Kristin enjoys lots of sports, competing in triathlons and being with her children. She is the founder of Dan’s Down Dog and Dash, Living Life To The Fullest Series; a series of yoga and run events that raises money for the local charities including For Pete’s Sake.
