“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do” – Rumi
"I was introduced to yoga 13 years ago, and whilst I was initially drawn to the physicality of the practice I have since come to recognize the multi-dimensional benefits that yoga offers up. My yoga practice infuses every aspect of my life. It helps me take pause in moments of struggle and joy."
In addition to being an avid student of yoga, Rachael is currently the Client Services Manager at Verge Yoga Center and is a graduate of the Verge Yoga Teacher Training Program.
