Amy, co-owner of Moksha Yoga Winnipeg, has a true love for all things that make her sweat! She lists her favorite things as all kinds of yoga, biking, running, pilates, weight training, rock climbing, boxing and more.

As a lover of life, learning and movement, Amy has finally found her place in the field of yoga and wellness. Through her commitment to and passion for practice, she has found the courage and clarity to make her lifestyle more authentic to her goals and aspirations. Amy has a Joint Specialist Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Since graduation, she has been traveling and helping to grow her family's business. With the support of her amazing family and friends, Amy recently
moved to Winnipeg. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with her incredible and inspiring friend, Ryann Doucette, and to help build a larger yoga community in Winnipeg. Amy is a certified Hatha yoga instructor as well as Moksha yoga instructor, and feels so honored and excited to introduce and share this amazing practice!

Amy's personal goals are to be as healthy and positive as she can possibly
be, and to not let stress get the better of her. She will live in every moment and be grateful for everything that comes her way. She is working her way towards becoming an ayurvedic practitioner and a yoga therapist. She is committed to seeing Moksha Yoga Winnipeg grow and succeed, and to grow in her teaching and in her own yoga practice, both on and off the mat.
